Xpress Industries - I had a 100% satisfying experience with the installation team. On time, polite & courteous. Everything went to plan , clean and everything explained well. They proactively replaced 14 roof tiles that they found to be cracked. They went out of their way to find the replacement tiles I had in the corner of the yard and simply did the work without any fuss.

Recently had both my tile roof restored and new solar panels fitted by Xpress Industries. All work was performed to a very high standard and the communication and efficiency of both the roof team led by Rohan and the solar team led by Justin was terrific. I would also like to thank Susan in the office for her outstanding customer service and guidance despite the adverse weather conditions we experienced.We now have a gleaming new roof and no power bills to enjoy. I found the professionalism of the entire team at Xpress Industries to be fantastic. Their patience with my situation was truly amazing and once we had the go-ahead they were quick to act and complete the installation.
The follow-up for feed-in tariffs and lodgement was swift and precise. I can't thank them enough for the great job they did from start to finish.

Our solar system has been installed just over 12 months,really happy with the output on most days and certainly helping with the cost of power bills.
When initially enquiring about systems we had quotes from 3 places which were all within $500 dollars of each other.
Solar Express was the only one with a store front as the others were sparkies.
We were able to visit their store where Tom was more than happy to explain the process of installation and also explained about the different types of panels and inverters and which ones would be most suitable for us, and could also show how system would be located on roof.
We left the store feeling we had a much better understanding of how solar worked and felt confident and impressed with Tom’s knowledge and assistance.
After deciding to go ahead,installation of the system was quick and efficient,the 2 guys that installed the system were friendly and courteous.
After installation was complete they gave a quick run down on what to expect from our system and also were very neat and tidy and left everything nice and clean.

Had Xpress Industries fit my solar on the 11th Janurary 2024.
They were booked in for Feburary, but had a cancellation and turned up early. I though it would take 2 days to fit ( its a big system ) but the boys smashed it out in 1. All the boys were very respectful to me and my family even though we kept bombarding them with questions while they worked.

Our experience with Express Industries was a relatively easy one from when we were recommended to Express by an existing customer friend.
Tom came to our new house build and explained in simple layman’s terms what would work best for us. We had a 20kw solar and battery system installed which was carried out by a well presented friendly and knowledgeable team. Our system has worked faultlessly since commissioning and the friendly back up team at Express are alway available to assist with queries and feedback. The operational phone App is relatively easy to use and informative in managing power and battery usage
I wouldn’t hesitate to use Express Industries for future installations

Had the Solar Panels Fitted in December 2022, excellent Service, A Very professional Company, arrived on time to have installation of the unit by Xpress Industries, unfortunately our Inverter had to be replaced under warranty shortly after installation this was replaced very quickly shortly after reporting, all going well at present with a great reduction in our electricity Bill, can Monitor on line Daily/ Monthly / Yearly usage to the grid,  would highly recommend the company to our Family and Friends.
